It’s not every day you get to photograph the tallest building in your city, but I got that privilege last year. This massive 288-foot-tall 330,000 sq-ft office building with was constructed in 1981 and went up for sale in April of 2018. It was quickly sold to Vancouver, B.C.-based Redstone Group within a few months for $47.7M. The sale included the building and an 8 story parking structure to the South. The marketing package included drone photos, ground shots, and interior photography to show off the common spaces.
